Behind every project are real people – children, families, communities. This is why we do what we do.
FAVAD works with some of the most vulnerable communities in Vietnam. These are the faces behind our mission – children without parents, those affected by Agent Orange, people living with leprosy, and communities cut off by rivers with no safe crossing.
"To give help is to give hope."
Children who have lost their parents and face physical disabilities receive food, shelter support, and care through FAVAD's partner orphanages in Hoc Mon, Binh Duong, and Ho Chi Minh City.
Young people with physical disabilities often have no access to mobility aids, education, or vocational training. FAVAD provides direct financial and material support to help them build dignified lives.
Decades after the Vietnam War, children continue to be born with severe disabilities caused by Agent Orange exposure. FAVAD provides these families with food, medical support, and hope.
Before FAVAD's bridges, communities relied on dangerous bamboo crossings – especially deadly during monsoon season. Children risked their lives to reach school every single day.
People living with leprosy are among the most marginalized in Vietnamese society. FAVAD provides regular food support to leprosy communities in Da Lat, ensuring they are not forgotten.
Orphan children in Binh Duong province receive regular food support and care coordinated through FAVAD's local partner associations.
Children with physical and developmental disabilities receive food, financial support, and medical care through FAVAD's network of partnered organizations.
Every donation – no matter how small – reaches those who need it most. Be the reason someone smiles today.
"In giving, we receive more than we could ever imagine. The children of Vietnam are not distant strangers – they are our shared responsibility."
